Background

Our client is one of the largest insurance companies in the UK and has experienced rapid growth over the last eight years both organically and through acquisition from 1500 to over 6000 heads. Vermelo RPO has provided an immersed RPO solution since 2014 providing an end-to-end talent acquisition process, compliance and onboarding for all permanent, contract and temporary labour.

Challenge

Our client needed to ensure talent acquisition continually aligns with a constantly changing and expanding landscape and develop talent pipelines to meet business objectives within a competitive skills market. There was a need for a streamlined onboarding process that enhanced candidate experience and implementation of technology platforms suitable for the organisation’s size and growth plans.

The RPO currently fills an average of 1500 permanent hires per year.
