When Talent Acquisition began recruiting for Auto Windscreens the company had no real in-house recruitment team and responsibility for recruitment sat within the HR team.

Through integrating the Talent Acquisition function into the company and making our RPO function sit seamlessly within the business we have been able to deliver consistently high levels of recruits into the business with over 100 heads recruited every year for the last 5 years and a total of over 1000 recruits since 2013.
Not only has this approach released the burden of recruitment from the HR team allowing them to work smarter and concentrate on HR matters it has also given the management community within the business-specific expert points of contact to support them directly with their recruitment needs allowing them to focus better on their individual business area.
